Perfex CRM is a self-hosted product, which has its pros and cons. On the one hand you have complete control over how the customer relationship management (CRM) system looks and functions, and the amount of data you can add to it is only limited by your server resources. On the other hand, you have to install it on your own server, and not everyone will be comfortable doing that.
That is where I can help. I use Perfex every day in my business and have done for the past three years. I know the platform inside and out, and I have installed it on numerous websites both for myself and my clients.
If you order this gig I will install Perfex CRM on your server, set up the required cron job (if your hosting company allows them) and ensure that the CRM is functioning correctly. It will then be up to you to go through all of the settings and configure the system to suit your needs.
Alternatively, if you purchase the "Full set up and configuration" addon, I will configure everything, including your mail server connection, project management settings and even SMS notifications (for which you will need a Twilio account). If you do purchase this addon, I will send you a message containing details of the information I need.
If you purchase the "Custom styling" addon, I wil modify the style of the CRM to match the look and feel of your main site.
